wunks
Only that it's a scene from an animation of "The Wind in the Willows" by Kennith Grahame. I remember watching it here in the states. A quick search indicates Grahame wrote the poem himself. Edited January 1, 2020 by wunks

But the instrument looks like a real, small size anglo. Anybody know the maker?

Alex West
From the vintage and the playing, this might be Alf Edwards? Alex West
John Wild
I am thinking the 2nd half of the 1980's might have been later than Alf Edwards' era. Of course, I do not claim infallible knowledge.
