Mattx92
I have been looking all over for what brand of concertina this is! the only thing I know for sure is it's not an Anglo. It has such a beautiful sound and I'm really wanting to buy one just like it. Sorry for grainy texture I had to zoom in quite a bit. The bellows have a very distinct Dark Forest Green / Olive coloring. Looks to have possibly 48 Buttons. It's from a video so I unfortunately can't add serial or better pictures. Kind of a Hail Mary on this one! d.elliott
I would like clearer photos, a pic of the serial number and a view of the bellows partially opened. please.
Mattx92
I really wish I could get better photos and serial numbers. Unfortunately it's from a video and they do a terrible showcase for only a few seconds 😔
Mattx92
A good knowledge friend of mine found it. It's a Lachenal English Concertina I really appreciate it! Thanks Larry Gerwick!
seanc
From my, admittedly, limited experience. I would say it’s a 48b Lachenal English. again from my limited experience generally the colored buttons tend to be lower end beginner models. And the fretwork, is very simple. And reminds me of the tutor model I had. Which again, would tend to be in the beginner range.
Paul_Hardy
It's a very close match to one of mine - see https://pghardy.net/concertina/lachenal_36733/lachenal_36733.html. A nice simple sweet English concertina by Lachenal. This is available for sale (in the UK) for £300, but I wouldn't want to ship it to Kansas.
