  1. Thoses pictures helped Theo. Thanks. My "Leaky Lachenal" now has a new lease of life.
  2. That would be the (clearly not) unforgettable Gusten, standing right next to you. Ooops ! Sorry Gusten But you know I have to sing, "Happy Birthday" to remember my own name.
  3. A lovely group photo but 'who is who'? I recognise Jim, Danny, Stephen, but no one else. Can we have an identification caption naming names, please, i.e. ' in the picture, from left to right we have........'. Also, another one identifying the concertinas would be cool too. Chris Front row : Jim Lucas, Susi (Ennis traveller), Henrik Muller, Louise (With second child on back) ,Heidi (Danny's wife and Daughter), Rickard and me. Back row : Stephen Chambers, Jan ?, Fredrika, Pontus (with his and Louse's first born), Some guy from Poland, Danny (Ratface), Last guy can't remember his name.
  4. I sent the photo Pontus took to Jim. May he can post them. For some reason I'm not alloewd to.
  5. Thanks, Danny! To those who fear that interest in the concertina will die out... please note the variety of ages of the participants. So does the baby play the concertina too? And in the background is the infamous shower door, that Rickard wants to forget.
  6. I think we had a good time. I even managed a shower, but that's another story. Rikard will never live that down.
  7. Oh dear. Do we have to be in tune?
  8. Henk VanAlten on here lives in Holland, but I don't know where.
  9. Heads up! It's getting closer to SSI time.
  10. No problems with my cat with either Concertina or Melodeon.. I got to him early on so I guess that he doesn't know that he's not supposed to like them.
  11. That clashes with Bielefeld again I believe, which is a shame... No it doesn't. It's already been. 20. 3 - 22. 3 2009
  12. Well I found mine at Portsmouth and just stuck my head in it.
  13. A cup of tea. I'm off now to play some Polska's
  14. LDT, Just what are you on at M&M ? I got my CD from them today. And well, just to cheer you up. I'm panicking too! It's always like that. Then it just gets better. And they WILL ask you to play. Not solo, but with the others in the class. You don't HAVE to, but I bet you will. It's a buzz.
  15. Thank you Steve. It's a long time since I had the last word.
  16. No Steve. Dulcimer to large to carry around. I'm with Rees with my Cajun "Box of Gold". And Singing with Colin with my G/D Saltarelle See you on the Friday before for the session.
  17. I'll be there, but doing Melodeon stuff. Shall have to look out for a Sarah.
  18. Where to start. With a song perhaps, or rather part of one for LDT. Oh Why did my Sarah Treat Me So No More Will I Stitch No More Will I Sew My Thimble And My Needle To The Winds I'll Throw And I'll Go And List For A Sailor Jim Lucas- What's Jim Short for? Chas is already a pseudonym of Charles A name my parents gave me, Although for some reason my Mother called me Lord John. At School was Charlie Didn't like that so became a Chas. Here in Sweden you are more often called by your surname. So over here I'm Clark. Fidjit came about when me and three friends were going to do our first gig together and couldn't decide on a name. I eventually said to them that if we don't come up with a name tonight it's going to be Chas Clark and the F**'king Idiots. We shortened it to, The Fidjits (with Irish undertones implied) I'll get me coat.
