From another thread I learned that a birthday can last at least a week, so we have a celebration at the SSI with some special Belgian Beer!!

My coffee's been more fun, lately. We buy it from local roasters, who do a good business since it's great coffee (we like the Birdwatcher's Blend).

 

And....in fact, I've been thinking we should send him (Dean of Dean's Beans) a concertina. He's been acting a small part in the new Johnny Depp movie, Pirates Of The Caribbean II (I think that's what it's called).

My parents like their coffee too and my mother wants me to ask him to make some rum coffee, now that he's a pirate. (Hmmm....maybe!).

 

Anyway, when I read his e-mail about his exciting pirate adventures, I wondered if they ever thought of using a concertina in their movie. Maybe they do, I don't know!
