I thought so too, but the figures are modelled on the New Skorpion Band, whose concertina player is duettist Tim Laycock.

And I suppose my avatar proves that there are concertinas in whatever realm that grotesques inhabit. It is a carving from the Canadian Parliament in Ottawa.
