The Concertina... Time Lord/lady's Musical Instrument?

Some of you may or may not know I'm a bit of a Doctor Who fan...anyway it struck me that the concertina would be the perfect time Lord/lady instrument..just look at the TARDIS design. Hexagonal.

And even the classic console was a hexagonal shape with buttons on ;)

Any thoughts on this subject?

Ah, but concertinas aren't the only hexagonal things in the multi-verse. Honeycomb is composed of hexagonal cells - the hexagonal console in the TARDIS is an obvious reference to (and prophecy for) the disappearence of the bees from Earth...

And no wonder. What were the time stewards thinking, arranging those hexagons in a rectangular array? Not the bees' way at all. They couldn't figure out where to go, and eventually died of starvation.

Time, it is a precious thing.

One should be very careful in its handling.

...the multi-verse...

Is there also a chorus?

Ah, Jim, I suspect you are a Time Lord yourself, and this brief communication reaches us as you wing through our paltry four dimensions on your way to some other when/where.

So tell us: in between coping with incursions of Daleks, Silurians, Cybermen and other alien what not, what are you doing now?

They couldn't figure out where to go, and eventually died of starvation.

Of course what really happened is that they just went home to their own planet.

ooh interesting theory. :)

They knew something bad was going to happen (the bees) and went back home taking the native bees with them. The Doctor mentions it when he's at the Shadow Proclamation. ;)

Wonder if the bees came back after the Doctor saved Earth though.

Do you think with the right combination of buttons on a concertina you can alter time? ;)

Yes, but it's not advisable. If you were to build a squeez-box with quarter tones its exotic funk would plunge you threw space time. of course at this point all future time travelers would have an open door into this time, and i'm sure most of those guys aren't very nice.(and porbably understandably cranky)

Many have assumed the waggle dance is for other bees. However like the dolphins before, we have completely misinterpretted this message, which in fact translates as "so long, and thanks for all the flowers".
