after glueing leather, felt, and poster board together what is the tool call that is used to punch out pads? thanks

In England this tool is known as a wad punch, available in sets or singly.

They're also known as gasket punches...used for cutting holes in copper sheathed gasket materials and sometimes as hollow punches...As Here available on ebay

They can also be found at Tandy Leather, the Leather Factory(or, the Tandy Leather Factory, as they are now known), or Weaver Leather, in Ohio, among other dealers of leather working tools and supplies in the US.

By the way, Greg Jowaisas makes very nice pads, and sells them very reasonably priced, and is fast, too!
