Mark came up with another spelling. I found something under Toohey. It's a long shot but might be worth pursuing. In 1977 an album was made with that tune. It's listed as track number six here:

The album is called "The 4th Irish Folk Festival: On The Road". Noel Hill played in the album:

It might be slim chance to email him and ask if he has it available possibly in one of his course books from his concertina school.
