Alan Day Posted August 22, 2005 Author Share Posted August 22, 2005 This problem of peripheral noise is recognised by the British Army, as a friend of mine on reaching retirement age had to undergo a complete medical test including hearing and was found to have peripheral hearing sound loss.He was also found to have lung cancer during the tests, which is now completely clear after treatment.
