Theo
I have seen camera cases used successfully, and there is a kind of hard shell makeup case that I've seen used by several concertina players.
JimLucas
im sure this topic been covered, but i cant seem to ftnd it. im looking for a hard case. Use the More Options search, select "Discussion Forums" under Search Where field to the left, check "Search titles only" in the Search Where box in the right half of the page, then search on the word "case". You should get several hits, and I think at least a couple will be relevant.
Rhomylly
Although they don't advertise this on their site, the Button Box occasionally has *used* concertina cases. I bought a very sturdy (albeit profoundly ugly) case from them about 2 years ago for $40.
Richard Morse
Yes, and we have new cases as well - available blocked and unblocked.

Rhomylly
psst! someone needs to tell chainyanker that we don't play the cases! And I don't want to admit to how many times I've set my concertina down on top of a dog crate, too...
chainyanker
Rhomylly, maybe thats been my problem, trying to get notes from the case. noticed the dog trailor also did ya. i reckon youve been around a hound or two yourself. Rhomylly
Just a few dogs, and a few crates, three permanent, up to 5 with fosters at one point. Need to upgrade one of the crates to the extra-extra-huge model for the great dane. Actually, that's a really clever case. I wouldn't have thought to use a makeup case. Which should tell y'all how often I wear makeup (1992? 1991? I totally forget)
