The end plates look like the Bastaris (or W15 student model Stagi) but has 6 fold "leather" bellows whereas the Bastaris & students have 8. Also the buttons appear to be bushed metal ones.

Could this be a Tedrow rework?

That looks suspiciously like one of my early attempts at upgrading a Stagi.
