Reed/mechanical buzzon Rochelle: how to fix

I seem to remember reading some time ago that often the mechanism of the Rochelle transmits a buzz due to the proximity of the levers and not due to any problem with the reeds. I've been searching for the information/article but am unable to find it as my Rochelle exhibits this unwanted phenomenon.

Can someone supply the link or even the answer?
