RH G low note up 4 octaves to high G on the LH. While those high notes can indeed entertain the dogs and cats in the neighborhood this instrument should not be dismissed if you are looking for a nice concertina. Very nice sound and response and easy to play. It is slightly larger than a standard New Model treble at just a tick over 6&1/2 inches. The serial # is 38172 which, without checking with Randy Merris, I'd guess makes the manufacture around 1899. Reeds are in nice shape.
