The crooked and sticky buttons are a fairly easy fix. I'd be more concerned about the bellows, since the pic doesn't show the part that would be most likely to wear through. I have one, and a friend another, on which the action levers are worn through by the buttons with no obvious means of repair. Tuning rig fodder. If it's a "rubber band" action, then agreed.
