It's a re-badged Stagi. The crooked and sticky buttons are a fairly easy fix. I'd be more concerned about the bellows, since the pic doesn't show the part that would be most likely to wear through.

That rather depends on which model action it is. I have one, and a friend another, on which the action levers are worn through by the buttons with no obvious means of repair. Tuning rig fodder.

 

If it's a "rubber band" action, then agreed. I guess the bellows could be re-bound if necessary for moderate cost.
