Hello again,

I took apart my concertina, and put some talcom powder on the valves, then pressed down firm on the instrument, to see if the leak was coming from the valves.

There was some air that came out, see attached photos of before and after, and as you can see, there are air holes around the valves.

Is it normal for any air to seep out?

Also, there is air coming from the bellow gasket.

What should the gasket be replaced with?

Where can it be purchased from?

Thank you,

Levi & Sara

If those pinholes are the only leaks I don't think they are the problem. Bellows gasket is usually a strip of neoprene foam with adhesive backing. You should be able to get some from any accordion repairer. It is very cheap and easy to replace.
