Wheatstones With No Serial Numbers

Hello. Does anyone know of any guides or resources to help put a date on an old Wheatstone English concertina with no serial #? I'm wondering if there are ways to do so using other info, like exactly what the Wheatstone label says, features of the bellows, fretwork patterns, or other distinguishing features. In the case of my concertina, the corners are brass, which is the most notable feature. Any help would be most appreciated. Cheers.

Have you looked inside at the reed pan or the bellows frame for a number?
