SIMON GABRIELOW Posted January 11 Share Posted January 11 (edited) JANUS - is the name I have applied to this short 'minuet' recently as it was written literally just before end of 31st December 2023- before the beginning of January 2024 beginning. [literally within minutes of the new year beginning] JANUS is the sort of traditional demi-god of antiquity, often shown as having two heads; one looking one way and the second the opposite way [ looking back from the old year - to the new year ahead].
