You might get a better response asking about it under this name. It could also conceivably be a Chinese copy of the Stagi, which would be worth much less. They're common enough in Ireland as starter instruments and I've seen a good few students with them at the concertina classes in Miltown. That said, if the person takes to the instrument, they'd probably be wanting to upgrade after a year or so. The one on ebay looks to have a better finish and wider straps that the model we had.
