Push pull change while on the same button

There's only one bellow in a concertina, so one line should be enough? -
Hi, just starting, If I have a push pull change on the same button, do i push the button twice or just do the voicing with the bellows? For example in the attached score, would you push the butten three times? Thanks in advance!

It measures 16cm (6.3") across the flats (so same size as my ordered Wren). The straps are on their longest setting.

This a Hohner international D30/60/8L (with accordeon blocks). I got it for 18€... I'm waiting for my Wren to arrive. Let's see if it will be better for my hands. Thanks! Randy
