Can anyone identify that big concertina? I've never seen anything like that before.

It's a Wheatstone duet. The video tag says that it's a Hayden, and the close-ups shows that it's neither a Maccann nor Crane. So, it's a Hayden duet, made some time during the last 20 years. If Brian Hayden sees this posting, he will probably be able to confirm the date more accurately.
