Couldn't get a fully perfect rendition, so had to splice a few of the best together. This arrangement is based heavily on Toru KATO's arrangement for the 40-button concertina, which can be watched here: https://youtu.be/4pCKoIKQCI8. A fair amount could be transcribed straight across, but there are was lots which - due to limited notes in both bellows directions - had to be reworked for on a 30-button. I am happy with the result.
