THE GANNET [A miniature short piece of music].

This tune I wrote a few years ago; as a miniature containing only the outline of a theme.

It is inspired by the comical sound of Gannet Birds' [ the huge colonies live on coastal cliff ledges] and their voices, which is hard to call a song, it is instead  more a sort of throaty, almost laughing noise, which in mass is very hard to ignore. But there was a strange rhythm trapped within it and so here it is from my original notes [ with a Gannet on the page illustrated too]..
