I wonder if anyone who attended Rich's class still has a copy of the rest of the notes that they would be prepared to share? Plus, I wonder if an early draft of Rich's tutorial exists? I thought most of it was mind-numbing and I think that I should have warned people not to read it in case they started chewing their own foot off!
