swooshgirl23
I would love to hear from anyone who is knowledgeable about these Concertinas. I have a: Wheatstone 48 Key English model 22 circa 1910 http://sdrv.ms/NnMDWB Wheatstone Aeola Baritone circa 1930 http://sdrv.ms/NnMz9h I live in Canada and am currently interested in selling these. I have had an offer of £2600, as a straight buyout for both instruments, site unseen. Is this a fair price? I am located in Canada and have really no knowledge of these items at all. They are in working order, no damage but will need some minor servicing. They have their original cases, and 1 even has its original music sheets included from 1910. Just your thoughts on their value will help me in my decision. Thank You in Advance. Edited July 21, 2012 by swooshgirl23
Steve Mansfield
Well I'm not a dealer, or an expert on concertina prices, but (if I had the money, which sadly I haven't) I'd be delighted to just get the baritone for £2600 if it's in anything like the condition you suggest. ben
I would suggest that you get in contact with Paul Read or Robin Harrison....they live in the Toronto area, both are knowledgeable about English concertinas and are members of Concertina.net
swooshgirl23
I see this Baritone is quite poular. I have received several emails already. I am really interested in selling these within the next few days if possible.I will accept any reasonable offers, and have had a few already. I am in Canada, so shipping within Canada or USA will be reasonably inexpesive...
