Jim Van Donsel
You might consider taking it down an octave. It's a little squeaky way up there in the stratosphere. -jim
david fabre
You might consider taking it down an octave. It's a little squeaky way up there in the stratosphere. ... or take up a G/D Apart from that, I perceive the left hand much louder than the right hand. I suspect that you did the recording with the mic on the left side of the instrument. I would suggest that you try the opposite, with the mic pointing on the right hand side. In this way the melody emerges better from the accompaniment. I also feel that the sound is a bit "saturated" ; maybe you should lower the level of the mic (or, if you don't have a mic and record directly with the computer, place it farther to the instrument) David PS : apart from that I quite like the arrangement !
