Chris Drinkwater
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Eldxmi5dpU&feature=related Yes, I have seen her and heard her play on YouTube before. If she is this good now, what will she be like in 5-10 years time? Awesome! Chris
PeterT
If she is this good now, what will she be like in 5-10 years time? Awesome! Indeed. The video also answers the question about the size of concertina suitable for a child (in terms of age, rather than musical development).
Anglo-Irishman
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Eldxmi5dpU&feature=related Very nice indeed! Of course, little Aine is the youngest member of a musical family, and she's probably been hearing that kind of music since before she could talk. So she has the Irish idiom - it's her mother tongue, so to speak. Nevertheless, many of us are less eloquent in our mother tongues than she! Wasn't there a discussion also that she'll need 10,000 hours of practice to actually get good? I don't think she's been alive 10,000 hours. RatFace
I don't think she's been alive 10,000 hours. That's only 14 months, you know!

I just didn't want to get into the formula estimate of: age estimate*hours-sleep-eating-years as a baby-play-school Etc. But since you mentioned it.... She's still good.
