I had the privilege of visiting Jean in August 2019, when the lovely Anne Kerin was there and took a photo of me playing in his kitchen. He was delighted to hear the music and it was wonderful to see him again - I have fond memories of him visiting the Witney Concertina weekend and hearing him play so inspiringly.

Martin - this is a really great idea, but the terminology is confusing. The term "English concertina" normally means a concertina with "English fingering", that has the same note on the push and the pull, unlike yours which uses "Anglo fingering" and has different notes on the push and pull. So it would be better if the title of your posts and videos were to refer to the Anglo concertina rather than the English concertina. All the best - Pam
