Is this concertina still available?

We did finally find the serial number of this instrument: 4950 (ca. 1853?)

Item # 270783504444 - wooden ends, metal buttons, vintage Salvation Army case -

I am gathering information about this instrument for a friend who may be interested in selling. She purchased it from Colin Dipper in the 1970s. (It hasn't been played much lately, but it still plays in tune) Any help would be much appreciated! (I especially like the note names stamped into the buttons!)
