If you're not Irish, that's OK. I was once treated to a pint by a man who praised my Gaelic singing... right after I had finished a song in Russian. :)

St. George's day

Shakespeare's birthday!

Two reasons for me the mummer and ex-theater stagehand to celebrate!

Don't forget..., Today is St. Patrick's Day!

You know, I was so busy celebrating it, that I nearly forgot what it was that I was celebrating !

And while your at it why not write St George's Day in your diary

With a bit of luck, I should be living in Kilrush, Co. Clare by then, but I don't know how my new neighbours are likely to react to me flying a St. George's Cross so soon after I arrive, perhaps I'll chicken-out and just wear a red rose in my buttonhole ?
