Rod
I guess that those who are within reach of Marylebone Road, London will already be well aware of the Royal Academy of Music's Temporary Exhibition 'East meets West' running April-September 2008. The web- site reveals an interest in the history of 'Free reed instruments on the concert platform' Can anyone who has visited tell us more ? The web-site is of course of interest. Stephen Chambers
I bet that's Frances Palmer's doing, she moved to the Royal Academy a few years ago, after having been Curator at the Horniman Museum. The web-site is of course of interest. And here's a link to it: East meets West, The development of the free reed instruments in Europe, March - September 2008, temporary exhibition space, ground floor
