Want To Buy First Concertina

I've recently acquired an interest in the concertina. I play many instruments, but I've been wanting to learn a new one; something I've never had any experience with, so I can learn to play it without books or rules. I have a love for sea shanties and some Irish folk music, and am now looking for a concertina on which to create my own. I've been searching around online a little bit, and I discovered this site.

I am still in school, and really can't afford anything over $100. So far it looks like that will get me a small used 7" 20 button concertina. From the research I've done (as far as German vs. English) I think I'm interested in the English concertina.

I don't know much about the instrument, and I'm not looking for anything fancy or high-end. I was hoping I could get some feedback here. Perhaps anyone who knows of somewhere or someone who has decent instruments for sale (at a good price), or if anyone has information or tips for me.
