Hi, I'm not aware of any other publications, and a quick internet search did not reveal anything new (for Anglo). Just a thought, Bertram Levy was booked at the WCCP Kilve event in either 1992 or 1993. I can't remember whether he produced any sheet music for the weekend, but I think that it would be likely.
