Gerard Posted April 25, 2020 Share Posted April 25, 2020 I bought a pair of black leather work gloves from my local Army, Navy store. The leather is fairly thin and easy to work with. Cut strips about 3 inches long and a bit wider than twice the width of the thumb strap. Wrapped it around the thumb strap with the free ends facing the tips of my thumbs and then sewed them together.
