The splendid Anglo player and singer Andy Turner performs solo at the Royal Oak, Station Street, Lewes, Sussex UK BN7 2DA on Saturday 8th. Andy performs with Geckoes Acoustic at the Union Music Store, 1 Lansdown Place, Lewes, free, from 3.00 - 3.30 the same afternoon.

 

In the evening Andy plays with Geckoes for a ceilidh at Bridge View Community Centre, Malling, Lewes, from 8.00 - 11.00 p.m. The caller is Will Hall and there will be displays from Brighton Morris Men (whose musicians are led by the wonderful Anglo player John Watcham) and the Swan Steppers (Kerry Fletcher, Rosie Davis and friends. Tickets £10 in advance from the Lewes Folk Festival website http://www.lewesfolkfest.org, £12 on the door.
