John Moriarty
Hi everyone, I'm John and I'm new to the forum. I've been teaching myself to play a hexagonal midi keyboard, and I have a few videos up on youtube. I thought that, even though they're not acoustic, they might be of interest because my keyboards (called "Jammers") use the wicki-hayden layout used on many concertinas. I use two keyboards at once, and the layout is mirrored for each hand so that I'm only learning one fingering for any one idea. Here is an original jazz composition played on these keyboards. You can see my channel for a few more, I hope to keep this forum updated when I put up new stuff. Any feedback would be cool too, what do you think about electronic keyboards with a concertina note layout? John M
