m3838
Is that good or bad? I wouldn't call casual doodling "a tune".

michael sam wild
A good melody can be the start of a great tune and an arrangement. Surely this site isn't a showcase for virtuosos it's a place for us, possibly, isolated geeks to swop iformation, ideas and enthusiasms and expect mutual support. We are not thick on the ground and need all the support we can get not snidey sniping. ( I may be ratty cos of our election results!) m3838
We are not thick on the ground and need all the support we can get not snidey sniping. snidey [ˈsnaɪdɪ] (of a remark, etc.) maliciously derogatory. I must admit though that the question asked, though formulated in strange (to me) manner, can be interpreted as: "I want to hear from people, who liked my offering". Since I obviously didn't like the offering, my job was to shut up. My sincere apologies for misinterpreting the question as "what do you think?". michael sam wild
It's a grey and stormy day here today but we are off to Holmfirth Fesival for a session or two. That tune will be our theme for the journey. We reckon it would be a good soundtrack for a silent movie of kids with their noses pressed to the wet windows and imagining playing out
