I bought a Carreg Las from Red Cow last Christmas week and can’t speak too highly of the excellent service and value for money. When you are starting off, £200+ is a fair outlay and you want to get your money’s worth and begin to learn the ins and outs of this amazing instrument, without mortgaging the house. The OP has no doubt long moved on in their musical journey but for other beginners I would happily recommend both the Carreg Las for what it is and Red Cow too P.S. yes, this is my first post and no, I don’t have any connection with whoever makes Carreg Las or the shop I bought it from 🙂
