..... more info ......... i took out the reed pan to see the makers label at the opposite side: there is NO !!! three of the leather flaps are missing, one is replaced. i tell you my thoughts: It is a english made Lachenal, Tidden or Wheatstone........ once overhouled in germany by Zeuner Leipzig ???? or the german made version.........;-) all looks confusing to me

Thanks to everybody helping with details. I´m looking forward a conclusion what the "48 keys" is as requested i did a close up of the golden ornaments on the leather (mostly hidden under the red paper) maybe is helpful, too! by the way, i do not have to sell them together, but is possible.

hello everybody, i´m glad to tell all of you that my Lachenal is definetly pitched in Ab/Eb this might be not so interesting for most of you, but is more rare and great for singing with. with a little help from my friend this information was possible. he told me that the pads maybe needs to be replaced, to make it more soundful. hope that helps in deciding to buy or not...........;-) i would ask 1400 EUR, but do an offert. cheers

Nice vintage Lachenal 31 button concertina with serial number 162756. Mahogany ended with ebony buttons, marked ENGLISH MAKE TRADEMARK and steel reeds. 6 folded bellows with small green golden stars on the papers. Rare original Ab/Eb pitch, sure nothing for most of you............;-) Very good original (untouched) condition. Please see all posts, people helped with. Feel free to ask for more detailed fotos! on the left side you can see, glue was used to repair!? maker or repair stamp?! maker close-up the reeds i found out that some buttons on the left side cause sloping tones. is it possible this is a Crabb & Son, made for Jeffries??? i try to find out on monday what key is it (hopefully) lid of box unfortunately is torn off.....;-( thanks to anybody helping
