I know this isnt an irish tune but im but im using it as example of why irish tunes stick to standard key signatures otherwise it wouldnt be played in sessions etc as alot of intruments couldn't handle these type of chord or note progressions .
Ive already ruled out the pipes, Irish harp etc but the C\G has a 20 and a 30 button version , but im nearly sure that its the 20 button version which is most standard in irish music . I take it the 30 button has more 'accidentals' or is that because the range is bigger?
I've been in a few sessions years and years ago but i cant remember there ever being a concertina player there when this tune came up.
