I work for a company that produces woodworking equipment for cabinetmakers and furniture companies. I do custom product applications for a sanding product called "Turbosand".

I love this part of California - there's every sort of outdoor recreation you can imagine within an hour of my home - very often less. It's hotter'n hell here in the summer, going to anywhere from 105 degrees F to 123 degrees F for weeks at a time. The perfect excuse for lounging about at either of the two nearby lakes rather than mowing lawns or building fences.

I've played guitar for about five years now and took up the concertina in the summer of 2009. I've played with the local church group - in Spanish - and occasionally have friends over to the house for sing & play-alongs. It's my wife's fault since it was her idea to take guitar lessons in the first place; I have to remind her of this when she complains that I love my guitar more than her...
