The Fourth Annual Portsmouth Maritime Folk Festival will be taking place on 27 and 28 September in Portsmouth NH. While not a "concertina" event per se, no sea music festival is complete without them. Among the featured concertina players at this year's fest will be Jeff Warner, Bob Webb, Ken Sweeney, Chris Stevens, and others.
