My band Frog Hammer will be doing an English ceilidh at the Washington Folk Festival in the historic Glen Echo Park Spanish Ballroom. This will be the concluding event of the all-day festival that showcases a wide range of music and dance genres. As always I'll be on Anglo concertina, and the other guys in the band will do their best to remind dancers why the Folklore Society of Greater Washington dubbed us "everyone's favorite rambunctious bad boy band."
And why not spend the day in this glorious old amusement park repurposed as a national park for the arts?
