My grandfather purchased it in the late 1970's or early 1980's -- probably in Washington State. I have not been able to find any information on it anywhere. If you look at the ConcertinaMusic.com website you will see that they sold one just like it : 10/24/2003 Bastari 76-key, white buttons, red pearl finish, metal corners, white bellows $168.49 And can read more about this type of concertina.
