Your best bet is probably ebay depending on your home country. Dealers, makers and restorers are going to sell restored/new pieces and will not be on the cheap side unless you are buying a less rare layout or student model, (if they have any used ones in stock at all). But honestly if you are looking to play bandoneon seriously, you will eventually have to let go of the notion that the pursuit will be at all cheap.
