Workshop Day In Suffolk, Uk

Hello all,

 

Just to let you know that on the East Anglian Traditional Music Trust's annual "Melodeons and More" workshop day we also run workshops for concertina players.

 

This year Keith Kendrick and Sylvia Needham are running two classes featuring some great tunes unearthed from a manuscript in Yorkshire. Class suitable for all systems of concertina, as between them, Keith and Sylvia play anglo, English and McCann duet.

 

John Kirkpatrick is also running two classes which are open to concertina players as well as melodeon players - they focus on tunes from The Full English archive and tunes from Shropshire.

 

The date is Saturday 21st March and the location is Mendlesham, near Stowmarket in Suffolk.
