Chris Drinkwater
Sunday 2nd August - A day for Rosie On Sunday 2nd August remember and celebrate the life of musician and singer Rosie Turner-Bisset, a regular at the festival for at least 30 years, by coming along to: Midday: morris dancing on the esplanade. Always a big highlight of Rosie's week. Rosie played with many morris sides, but the two she played for the most, Great Western and Windsor Morris, will both be dancing. 5.00pm, Bedford: A CD of Rosie's recordings of both songs and tunes will be launched, amidst spoken and musical tributes - all contributions welcome. All proceeds from sales of the CD will go to Amnesty International. Chris
