The user contributes South African concertina music frequently, and has their user page set to Canada. Maybe they travel back and forth a lot, or have emigrated permanently. Look on the right of the page for some more nice African music I posted a few months ago.

Another odd one is that a user from Canada has almost 600 videos, almost all of them are 4 part TV shows from TG4 in Gaelic. http://www.youtube.com/user/k4hx1

 

I'm not sure of another consistent way to describe the origination of the videos. Any suggestions anybody?

"User page"? Oh!

I only looked at the videos, and the accompanying texts, which say things like "Piet Visser of Cape Town" and "Piet Visser of Cape Town, South Africa". And I could hear that the style is clearly South African, while at least a couple of the titles are Afrikaans.
