Hello,

I bought this instrument in 1976 for 300$. All the bill tells me is "1 new accordion 48 bass".

I'm trying to figure out the make of the instrument, and if It is worth anything to re-sell.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks.

This website and forum is focused on the concertina and not accordions, so I'm afraid that the expertise you need is most likely not here. I would suggest instead that you pose your question on the Melodeon.Net forum. That's their area of knowledge. And good luck,

True...but some of us here know a bit about accordions too. I would say that you're unlikely to identify this one's maker if it's not indicated on the instrument. For current prices, check the completed listings on eBay.

I'm trying to figure out the make of the instrument ...

It reminds me of inexpensive accordions built in East Germany. They regularly used an assortment of brand names, including those of various importers/distributors.

... and if It is worth anything to re-sell.

Not a great deal I'm afraid, and certainly less than you paid for it. :(
