34+b old jones metal ends anglo

It is not mine, I just saw it on ebay and never touched it. It is another old jones anglo C/G, about 35 buttons. Jeffries layout. The seller adds: `What is exceptional about it is the accuracy of the tuning of each note, so it's a pleasure to play it with other tunable instruments.´

 

But also: ´a candidate for occasional professional restoration/repair´

Somebody alerted me that this may be a scam and told me to be carefully before placing a bid (not that I intend to). It has been on ebay before christmas and the seller did not supply information and not respond to emails, finally took it away from ebay before the end of auction, that is what I was told.

 

Any ideas whether this is a scam or not?

I've dealt with this seller. He was fine with me - unless someone has stolen hid ID of course.
